Synopsis

Set in the 1850’s, the film tells the tale of a humble clerk, living in a garret above a London theatre, who decides to impersonate a rich man and, through a series of elaborate cons, makes his name and fortune in the city. From the director of Little Dorrit. There is no separate m&e track for this film.
