Rebecca Miller is an accomplished director, screenwriter, novelist and actor who has become one of the most recognizable voices in US independent cinema since her debut film Angela in 1995. Her second film Personal Velocity won the Grand Jury Prize for dramatic film at Sundance 2002; her third The Ballad Of Jack And Rose starred Daniel Day-Lewis and Camilla Belle and fourth The Private Lives Of Pippa Lee featured Robin Wright in one of her finest performances.
